Please note that travel insurance is compulsory for all our trips. We require that, at a minimum, you are covered for medical expenses including emergency repatriation. We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.

Booking Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
As we are a small business, bookings are made day-by-day and hand-picked drivers and guides are giving up work to operate our trips. We will do everything to accommodate unfortunate change in plans, but as per above we advise you to take out insurance at the time of booking your trip.
A 20-30% deposit is collected to secure bookings (based on trip length).
- If you cancel 45 days before departure date, your deposit will be refunded (minus transfer fees).
- If you cancel 31-45 days before departure date, your deposit will be lost.
- If you cancel 14 - 31 days before departure date, 50% of trip cost will be charged.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before departure, 100% of the trip cost will be charged.
